Today was a rest day but I was also working in the stockroom of my new job at Skechers. I did 6 hours of lifting climbing and moving so I definitely lost some calories doing that. I'm very happy that I got to do that especially on rest day. I've been kinda lax on my workouts a little and need to get back on track. I'm on recovery week but I'll definitely crack down and kick butt on the workouts I have during said week.
