Ok so I got completely thrown off track by Taiyoucon and my new job. I missed three days of working out but two of those days did have me working my tail off for six or so hours in the stockroom of Skechers and it was a lot of lifting and climbing so I know I burned calories from that.
I have made a decision though to skip the second Recovery week and just jump on to Phase three. I feel like I have gotten a good amount of rest and I can move into the last leg of P90X. My days will be a little off but thats ok. I dont intend on stopping after 90 days anyway.
Today was a greatworkout. It was basic pushups and pullups as it was on day one and I definitely have gotten stronger since then. I'm doing 20 pushups and 15 at the end when I'm dead ass tired. The first day and first month I was doing 15 maybe 12 and near the end it was 5 maaaaybe 8 if I was lucky. Eventually I'll be doing 30 all in all. I dont intend to stop until I look like this stud. HAHA

Day 49 - Rest
Today was a rest day but I was also working in the stockroom of my new job at Skechers. I did 6 hours of lifting climbing and moving so I definitely lost some calories doing that. I'm very happy that I got to do that especially on rest day. I've been kinda lax on my workouts a little and need to get back on track. I'm on recovery week but I'll definitely crack down and kick butt on the workouts I have during said week.

Day 48 - Kenpo
Another great Kenpo workout. I felt sluggish at the beginning but I got into it and I kicked my own butt. It was a great way to jump back into my workout after not being able to workout for two days.

I couldn't do these workouts due to Taiyou con. Its unfortunate but I'll make up for it. I promise. I may redo the last week of phase 2 before going into recovery week.

Day 45 - Biceps and Back
Great workout today. This is one of my favorite workouts coz it just rips your biceps into rocks and since last week I definitely have gotten stronger. I left 20 lbs behind and was doing all my bicep workouts primarily with 25 lbs. After all was said and done I walked out of the gym with arms feeling like noodle rocks haha. I know it sounds weird but thats the best way to describe them. I stayed n the 12 - 15 reps with biceps but near the end I could only do about 10 maaaaaybe 12. Great workout and I felt good.

Day 44 - Plyometrics
This was another tough session of Plyo. Same old story. Lots of sweat, and lots of gasping for breath. Its always good news when a workout feels that intense coz then you know you're kicking your butt and getting into shape.
I did however added an extra push and walked my dog up ASU mountain which if you've ever gone up that steep ass incline it's a thigh burner and after doing Plyo my lungs were done for the night.

Day 43 - Chest Shoulders and Triceps
I went into this workout pumped and guns blazing and it was a super intense workout. The pushups stil kick my ass all over the gym haha. One of the last workouts is the clap pushup and I know for a fact that if I did those pushups at the begining of the workout I would'e been able to do ten to fifteen but since it was near the end I pretty much had to do it girly style. I tried doing it normally and I just ended up falling on my face. My chest and arms were just pure Jello at that point. I dont mind though coz that means I'm still working my muscles to the point of exhaustion and getting better and stronger.
This is the last week of Phase 2 before going into Recovery week again.

Day 42 - Kenpo
Another great Kenpo workout. Felt great and kept up really well with the dvd. Thats about it.
Day 41 - Rest
I'm making today my rest day since my massive headache lingered a little bit all day and it was tough to get past it. Tomorrow I will do Kenpo and then move straight into Chest Shoulders and Triceps the following day. Its all good in the hood.
